We are the cleaner choice. What we use to clean our space makes it into our bodies. The products we use are Green Seal Certified and utilize natural or low VOC ingredients, which reduces chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy.

Are you insured?

We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.

What if we have pets?

We love pets! We're happy to work with your pets present. Not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space so let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

Do we need anything?

Nope! Your cleaners will arrive on time with their own vacuums, cleaning products, equipment and anything else we need to get the job done. If you have a specific product you prefer we're happy to accommodate but generally we like to use what we bring with us.

How can I pay for my service?

We accept it all and are happy to do whatever you feel most comfortable with. We accept cash and checks as well as a credit card, Venmo and Paypal. If you prefer, we can keep a payment method on file and charge your cleaning at the time of service.

When will you be here?

Once we book a cleaning that is your time. If your routine cleaning is biweekly, that time slot belongs to you. Keeping a consistent appointment time helps make things easy for you and that's a biggest goal. Need to reschedule? We're flexible and happy to accommodate anything you need.

Do I need to clean before you come?

Please don't! The whole point of having us come to clean your home or office is to have it done by professionals and take the load off your shoulders right? While we don't need you to clean for us, it helps if you can pick up and clear any areas you would like cleaned as best you can. Moving things around is part of what we do but it helps out cleaners if you could put away that pile of mail on the counter, tell your kids to pick up those socks on the floor and put away anything fragile or valuable so we can work efficiently and safely.
